MCCC offers multiple programs in which recent high school graduates can be career-ready in as little as nine months. Recent adult high school graduates may apply to our vocational or technical programs taught primarily to high school students. This type of training is referred to as “Intergenerational" or at MCCC, the Career Acceleration Program (CAP)

Students participating in the Career Acceleration Program, may participate in an optional internship as part of the training. An internship provides students the opportunity to gain experience and get a jump start in the career for which they are studying. Participation is granted to those students who maintain good attendance, achieve satisfactory grades, complete academic requirements, and obtain their instructor’s recommendation.
